说明:别人给自己下降头,一定是自己有做错或有不如理不如法的地方,所以一旦知道别人给自己下了降头,就要马上多念礼佛大忏悔文,一般要许愿108遍礼佛大忏悔文,否则这个降头不是这么快就能消得掉。因为别人已经把你告到天庭,所以你一定有问题,而且要跪在菩萨面前大拜忏,念礼佛大忏悔文的时候每尊佛都要磕一个头,并且要许愿才能化解,否则很难化解。
任何人都有权利给你下降头告你,他只要死了,他就可以上天入地告你,因为他没有肉身,魂可以乱跑。告到天上就把你记录了,所以不是这么简单。如果感觉别人给自己下降头了,最好的方法就是要知道自己做错了什么,并且不停地忏悔,要拼命地求观世音菩萨,“求观世音菩萨大慈大悲,让我某某某不要被别人下降头,我可能某某事情不如理不如法,我知道错了,我会改,我会改,对不起,这件事情我做错了,我忏悔,我忏悔,我会念多少遍礼佛大忏悔文。”而且要讲到底,说出自己到底做错了什么,只有这样才能化解;如果你不知道自己做错什么,念了也没有用,很难过得来,不是说念几遍经文就能解决。
同时要真诚地许愿,不能假心假意。许愿出来的话要有时间和地点,以及要做什么,比如放生要什么时候在哪里放生多少条鱼,不能随口讲讲。随便讲讲的话,这个降头肯定被人家下着了,没办法逃避降头。
下降头其实就是告状,告状一定有道理,不做错事情,别人怎么会告状。下降头就类似古时候的“击鼓鸣冤”,逃都逃不掉,做过的事情可以一幕幕像电影一样地放出来,这就是一种记忆模式,每个人都有这种记忆模式,所以最好就不要做,做了就逃不掉;种这个因下去,一定会有果出来。
念礼佛大忏悔文和药师灌顶真言之前祈求:我某某某求大慈大悲观世音菩萨慈悲,请求药师佛为我某某某加持灌顶,保佑我某某某忏悔过错,给我改变过错的机会,化解降头,我学习观世音菩萨大慈大悲的慈悲心愿来改变自身的负能量,请药师佛加持灌顶,解救消除苦难众生我某某某曾经造下的无明业障。请观世音菩萨保佑我某某某远离负能量对我的伤害,我念108遍礼佛大忏悔文来忏悔不如理不如法的地方。求菩萨慈悲保佑为我灌顶成功,保佑我身心不受外面任何负能量和降头的影响。
注:可以穿插分开念诵108遍礼佛大忏悔文配合药师灌顶真言,不需要一次念完。
如果作为普通功课念诵,或者许愿念1万遍以下的药师灌顶真言,礼佛大忏悔文最好每天至少7遍。最好是在自身心念干净的时候念诵,念诵药师灌顶真言过程中如果杂念纷飞,可以先暂停,加念一遍或几遍礼佛大忏悔文之后再继续念诵(念诵前最好再将祈求词完整念诵一遍),否则难以得到能量圆满加持,效果不会太好。
注:配合药师灌顶真言的礼佛大忏悔文,无论是固定搭配的7遍或21遍,还是平时念诵药师灌顶真言过程中因杂念纷飞而加念的,都是单独念诵的,要与功课的礼佛大忏悔文完全分开。

As we are in this Age of Dharma Decline, Master Lu, out of compassion, advises that Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door practitioners may add the Medicine Buddha Dharani (Yao Shi Guan Ding Zhen Yan) to their daily recitation.
One is required to be clean physically and mentally prior to reciting the Dharani. It has to be recited alongside the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance.
The reciter needs to say the following prayer before reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance and the Medicine Buddha Dharani (The prayer is to be said in one go):
“May the Greatly Merciful and the Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], grant me good health and a strong immune system, eliminating the viruses in my body (or unhealthy cells, or negative energy). I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to transform the viruses in my body (or unhealthy cells, or negative energy). May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. I, XXX [your name], hereby recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance [number of times, see below for details] to repent of the insufficient positive energy in my mind and inappropriate conduct that I have done in the past. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, protecting me physically and mentally against any negative energy from external sources or infection of viruses.
The reciter needs to say the following prayer before reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance and the Medicine Buddha Dharani:
“May the Greatly Merciful and the Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], grant me good health and cure me of my [certain illness]. I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to transform my [certain illness]. May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. I, XXX [your name], hereby recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance [number of times] to repent of the insufficient energy in my mind and inappropriate conduct that I have done in the past. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, helping me to recover fully from my [certain illness].
The reciter needs to say the following prayer before reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance and the Medicine Buddha Dharani:
“May the Greatly Merciful and the Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], helping me to get rid of [a certain bad habit, such as jealousy, hatred, laziness or indulgence of sleep]. I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to resolve [my certain problem]. May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. I, XXX [your name], hereby recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance [number of times, see below for details] to repent of the insufficient positive energy in my mind and inappropriate conduct that I have done in the past. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, helping me to get rid of [a certain bad habit] and possess positive energy.
The reciter needs to say the following prayer before reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance and the Medicine Buddha Dharani:
“May the Greatly Merciful and the Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], protecting me and helping me to resolve my predestined calamities and eliminate the negative energy in my body. I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to transform my predestined calamities and negative energy. May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. I, XXX [your name], hereby recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance [number of times, see below for details] to repent of the insufficient positive energy in my mind and inappropriate conduct that I have done in the past. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, helping me to resolve karmic calamities, protecting me physically and mentally against any negative energy from external sources.
Explanation: When someone puts a curse on you, you must have done something wrong or inappropriate. Once you know that someone has put a curse on you, you must immediately recite more of the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance. Generally, you need to make a vow to recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance 108 times, failing which it will be difficult to remove the curse. This is because the other party has filed a complaint against you in the Heavenly Court. This shows that you must have done something wrong. You need to kneel down before the Bodhisattva to remorse and make a sincere repentance. While reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance, you have to kneel and bow to each Buddha in the text. In addition, you have to make a vow, or else it is difficult to resolve the problem.
Anyone has the right to put a curse on you. As long as they are dead, they can file a complaint against you either in Heaven or in the Underworld. As they do not have a physical body, their souls can travel anywhere they wish. If they file a complaint in Heaven, you will leave a paper trail. Therefore, it is not that simple. If you feel that you have been cursed, the best solution is to know what you have done wrong and to repent continuously, pleading to Guan Yin Bodhisattva earnestly. “May Guan Yin Bodhisattva have mercy on me, protecting me XXX [your name] from being cursed. I might have done (certain thing) inappropriately. I know I was wrong. I would mend my way, I am sorry. I have done wrong in this matter. I hereby repent. I repent of my wrongdoing and would recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance [number of times].” Moreover, you have to confess what wrong you have actually done. Only then will you be able to resolve it. If you do not know what wrong you have done, it’s no use reciting the repentance text. There is no way you can resolve it by merely reciting it a few times.
Meanwhile, you must make a vow sincerely with no pretence. You must specify the time, the place and what you will do to fulfil your vow. For example, you need to state when and where you are to release a certain number of fish. You have to be serious about it. If you just say it casually, you will definitely be affected by the curse with no way of escape.
Putting a curse on someone is actually akin to filing a complaint against the person. There must be grounds to file a complaint. If you have not committed a wrongdoing, how is it possible for the other party to file a complaint against you? It is like “beating the drum” in an ancient imperial court to voice grievances. There is no way you can escape. Whatever you have done will be like movie scenes being replayed. Our memory can function like this. Therefore, we should refrain from committing wrongdoings. Anything done cannot be undone. Once the seed is planted, it will certainly bear fruit.
*Prayer before reciting the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance and the Medicine Buddha Dharani:
May the Greatly Merciful and Greatly Compassion Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], grant me a chance to repent of my wrongdoing and to mend my ways, thereby removing the curse put on me. I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to transform the negative energy in me. May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. May Guan Yin Bodhisattva bless me, XXX [your name], protecting me against the harm of negative energy. I hereby recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance 108 times to repent of my inappropriate conduct. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, protecting me physically and mentally against any negative energy from external sources and the impact of the curse.
Note: There is no need to finish reciting the 108 times in one go. You can break it down into several times when reciting alongside the Medicine Buddha Dharani.
One should recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance at least 7 times per day. It is recommended that you recite the Dharani when your body and thoughts are clean. If your mind is occupied with distracting thoughts while reciting the Dharani, stop reciting for the time being. You may recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance once or a few times before reciting the Medicine Buddha Dharani, failing which you are unable to receive the complete blessing of the energy and the effect is not satisfactory. Note that it’s best to say the complete prayer before reciting the repentance text.
It is hoped that everyone recites the Medicine Buddha Dharani more often. The more you recite, the more blessing and empowerment you will receive so you can steer clear of the collective karma in this Age of Dharma Decline. Out of her compassion, Guan Yin Bodhisattva showers us with the dew of blessing to help the suffering humanity to ward off the collective karma.
It is because of the unwholesome thoughts that people get caught up in the collective karma. Hence, we need to change our minds to relieve ourselves of illness and pain, using “the mind” to cure our illness. Thanks to her compassion, Guan Yin Bodhisattva allows Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door practitioners to pray to Medicine Buddha for protection against the so-called collective karma in this Age of Dharma Decline.
In addition, in this Age of Dharma Decline, everyone is required to recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance at least 7 times as part of their daily recitation. (Beginners may start off with a smaller number.)

A: Even if you need not recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance the following day, it is better to say the complete prayer once again to show your repentance and it can be heard in Heaven.
You need to say this prayer, “May the Greatly Merciful and Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, XXX [your name], grant me good health and a strong immune system, eliminating the viruses in my body (or unhealthy cells, or negative energy.) I am learning from the compassionate vow of Guan Yin Bodhisattva to transform the viruses in my body (or unhealthy cells, or negative energy). May Medicine Buddha bless and empower me, liberating me from the karmic obstacles caused by my acts done out of ignorance. I, XXX [your name], hereby repent of the insufficient positive energy in my mind and inappropriate conduct that I have done in the past. May the Bodhisattva successfully bless and empower me, protecting me physically and mentally against any negative energy from external sources or infection of viruses.”
In the course of reciting the Medicine Buddha Dharani, if you do not find yourself calm and cleansed enough, it is advisable to say the complete prayer once when you recite the additional Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance, you will be blessed with the energy.
